Building Management

In 2002, MSGC purchased Centurion Plaza which is located at 10335-172 Street in Edmonton, Alberta.  This location has three boardrooms including one very large third floor boardroom that the MSGC uses for meetings such as Assembly, Board of Directors, Sub-Committee meetings and any other meeting needed to conduct business for the organization. 

Corporate Services is responsible for contracting property managers to implement lease administration including monthly rental collection, financial reporting, lease renewals, expansions, amending agreements just to name a few responsibilities.   The property managers assigned to Centurion Plaza are Humford Management Inc.  If you have any questions regarding property leases or building management please contact 780-426-4960 Extension 226.
